"I've done a 12 week plan and it went very well, in my 6th week I lost an amazing 1stone & 5 lbs. I had a target of 1 stone, but feeling so good on the system 10 plan, I decided to set a new weight goal of 11 & 1/2 stone. For me having a controlled eating plan, really helped me, as I love my pasta, breads, steak and my wine. I've not managed to do as much walking as I would like, but being self employed sometimes it does not allow me the free time i would like. "I started System 10 in February 2008 after attending an evening discussion on weight loss in the Ashbourne Court Hotel. The thing that struck me about System 10 was the core message that real weight loss was about adopting six changes to your life. The changes range from eating every 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours to regulating your hormones and thyroid glands. During my three month programme I went from just over 14 stone to 12 stone 8 lbs. I will do System 10 again as I have more weight to lose. My ideal weight is 11 stone ( 8lbs) and I will need the support of System 10 to loose it. The programme is 'fool proof' you are given a food sheet and an exercise plan. You pick the level of commitment to the programme. The hand holding that you need when losing weight was very supportive'. My next objective is to do a six week programme during the summer and lose that additional stone."

I chose the 6 week plan and I am currently at the end of the 5th week and I am delighted to say I have reached my target weight with a week to go. The plan is so simple and easy to follow. I was exercising on a regular basis however the weight simply wouldn't shift, I found an advertisement for the System 10 weight loss plan in a local sports club and following some initial research decided to give the plan a go. I did the 12 week plan and the aim was to shed 3 stone. The results was almost instant. After two weeks on the plan I had lost just over 1 stone in weight, over the next 10 weeks I managed to achieve my goal for a 3 stone weight loss.
